Mumbai, October 18th, 2024: Oberoi Realty Limited has published its financial results for the first half and second quarter of FY25. The company reported a booking value of Rs. 2,509.45 crores for H1FY25, compared to Rs. 1,441.26 crores for H1FY24. For Q2FY25, the booking value was Rs. 1,442.46 crores, up from Rs. 965.01 crores in Q2FY24.
Consolidated Revenue for H1FY25 reached Rs. 2,800.57 crores, up from Rs. 2,177.36 crores in H1FY24. Q2FY25 revenue was Rs. 1,358.62 crores compared to Rs. 1,243.80 crores in Q2FY24.
The consolidated Profit Before Tax for H1FY25 was Rs. 1,557.50 crores, compared to Rs. 1,025.12 crores in H1FY24, with Q2FY25 at Rs. 782.47 crores against Rs. 598.89 crores in Q2FY24.
Profit After Tax for H1FY25 was Rs. 1,173.71 crores, up from Rs. 777.45 crores in H1FY24, while Q2FY25 stood at Rs. 589.31 crores compared to Rs. 456.06 crores in Q2FY24.
Mr. Vikas Oberoi, Chairman & Managing Director, commented on the results, saying, “India’s economic growth is boosting the real estate sector. We are excited about our strong sales and performance. We recently launched the first phase of ‘Jardin’ at Oberoi Garden City Thane, with positive initial bookings for two of the five towers. This integrated development spans 75 acres and will feature luxury homes and amenities, including a JW Marriott Hotel.”
