Mumbai, October 18, 2024: Oberoi Realty Limited, based in Mumbai, has released its financial results for the first half (H1) and second quarter (Q2) of FY25. The booking value for H1 FY25 reached Rs. 2,509.45 crores, an increase from Rs. 1,441.26 crores in H1 FY24. For Q2 FY25, the booking value was Rs. 1,442.46 crores compared to Rs. 965.01 crores in Q2 FY24.
Consolidated Revenue for H1 FY25 was Rs. 2,800.57 crores, up from Rs. 2,177.36 crores in H1 FY24. In Q2 FY25, revenue was Rs. 1,358.62 crores, compared to Rs. 1,243.80 crores in Q2 FY24.
Profit Before Tax for H1 FY25 rose to Rs. 1,557.50 crores, from Rs. 1,025.12 crores in H1 FY24, while Q2 FY25 profit was Rs. 782.47 crores, compared to Rs. 598.89 crores in Q2 FY24.
Profit After Tax for H1 FY25 increased to Rs. 1,173.71 crores, up from Rs. 777.45 crores in H1 FY24. Q2 FY25 profit was Rs. 589.31 crores, compared to Rs. 456.06 crores in Q2 FY24.
Mr. Vikas Oberoi, Chairman & Managing Director, noted, “India’s economy is growing, benefiting the real estate sector. We had a strong quarter due to solid residential sales and good performance in our annuity assets. We recently launched the first phase ‘Jardin’ in Oberoi Garden City, Thane, with a positive initial response.”
The ‘Jardin’ phase includes 5 residential towers, two of which are open for bookings. This development spans 75 acres and offers luxury homes with top amenities, a JW Marriott, a private club, and an international school.
