Mumbai, October 18th, 2024: Oberoi Realty Limited announced its financial results for the first half of FY25. The company reported a booking value of Rs. 2,509.45 crores for H1FY25, up from Rs. 1,441.26 crores last year. In Q2FY25, bookings reached Rs. 1,442.46 crores compared to Rs. 965.01 crores in Q2FY24.
The Consolidated Revenue for H1FY25 is Rs. 2,800.57 crores, increased from Rs. 2,177.36 crores in H1FY24. For Q2FY25, the revenue is Rs. 1,358.62 crores, up from Rs. 1,243.80 crores last year.
Consolidated Profit Before Tax for H1FY25 stands at Rs. 1,557.50 crores, compared to Rs. 1,025.12 crores in H1FY24. Q2FY25 profit before tax is Rs. 782.47 crores versus Rs. 598.89 crores in Q2FY24.
The Consolidated Profit After Tax for H1FY25 is Rs. 1,173.71 crores, up from Rs. 777.45 crores in H1FY24. In Q2FY25, this profit is Rs. 589.31 crores, compared to Rs. 456.06 crores in Q2FY24.
Mr. Vikas Oberoi, Chairman & Managing Director, commented on the Q2FY25 results, stating that India’s economic growth supports the real estate sector. They recently launched the ‘Jardin’ phase at Oberoi Garden City Thane, which is seeing great interest. This project features 5 residential towers and aims to offer luxurious living with outstanding amenities.
