Jordan Chamber of Commerce Joins Major Events in Istanbu

Amman, Oct. 20 – The Jordan Chamber of Commerce (JCC) attended key economic forums in Istanbul, including the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development (ICCD) meetings.

The JCC announced the approval of two new ICCD institutions: one for youth entrepreneurship, aimed at reducing unemployment through innovation, and another for empowering women with resources and training for economic participation.

The General Assembly also launched a “Business Support Platform” to enhance trade between member states, fostering economic growth.

Additionally, the JCC participated in a panel on leadership in commerce, the Turkish-Arab Economic Forum focused on investment and trade, and the World Chambers Federation’s summit on climate action, highlighting the integration of climate risks into business strategies.

JCC representatives also engaged with Arab ministers and Islamic chamber leaders to strengthen relations and attract investments to Jordan.
